Dugdills Bench Lamps

A rare run of 4 workbench of desk lamps manufactured by John Dugdill and Co. Made near Manchester during the 1930s to 40s, these were salvaged from a clothing factory in west Wales.

They are Dugdill model 2811A and in excellent original condition with factory paint to the heavy weighted base and arms with the “Dugdill's RTM” water slide on the upright of all. The original green enamelled shades are in fine condition. They have been rewired with period correct cable and fitted with a new period correct bulbholder. Other than that they have been only cleaned, waxed for protection and the joints lubricated.
