The Limehouse Lamp Company was founded by Peter Maurice in 1971 when he wanted to faithfully replicate original antique lighting from his Victorian pub in the London's East End. His passion grew along with his company and the Limehouse workshops are now based in a village in West Sussex, England where each piece is handcrafted in solid copper and brass giving the artisan quality of original pieces.

The handfinishing processes and traditional manufacturing methods give each light a unique, individual quality.
